Oldest bar in town, perhaps the smallest
And possibly home to the nicest bartenders in town. "M" is really more of an internet cafe with a full bar. But it's in a nice part of town, behind the American embassy and near restaurants, so it's a good stop for a quick drink before or after dinner.
